On 15 & 16 March we attended and exhibited at the 2016 Auto Body & Motor Claims Expo. The two-day event was a great success and a credit to the autobody industry. Just over 1,400 visitors attended the event over the two days.
Thank you to everyone who visited us on our stand (E15). It was nice to see some familiar faces as well as some new. Our hoopla stand was described as a “highlight” of the show as visitors were keen to test their skill in the hope of winning a prize.
“The exhibition at Events city was very enjoyable. The venue its self was fantastic, lots of inside space with free parking and easy access outside. It’s always a pleasure to see some of our friends within the industry and thank you to everyone who came to see us,” said Trish Halford, Courtesy Car Development Manager.
“The future of the body shop industry is looking bright and a lot stronger than in recent years which is why these kind of events are so important. This was a great opportunity for us to showcase our services and show the industry that we are here to support them. We feel well equipped to move forward with enthusiasm and flexibility to add value to any of your vehicles.
“Courtesy cars enable body shops to go that extra mile when it comes to customer service. Keeping your customers mobile makes all the difference but it is also a great opportunity for body shops to get their brand out there by choosing to add sign writing to their courtesy cars. Not only can we provide courtesy cars, we are also able to supply vans and company cars,” explained Trish.
The Auto Body & Motor Claims expo also provided a number of very informative ‘industry seminars’ that covered everything from legal advice to best practice. They gave a good insight into the inner workings of the industry as well as some useful tip to help along the way.
Overall we see the expo as a great success and so far we have heard nothing but good feedback from other exhibitors. Thanks again to ABP and to everyone who visited us over the two days.
